Post Exam Comment
Post examination comment can be a valuable means by which candidates may provide information to CASA to improve examination features.
Some items deserving of feedback to CASA may be on, for examples, examination duration, format in terms of fonts used and graphics, examination material and any perceived required improvements. Comments and suggestions may be forwarded to Flight Crew Licensing (FCL) at fcl.postexam_comments@casa.gov.au.
Candidate may also wish to comment on examination venues and the materials provided by supervisors for the examinations. However, such matters should initially be taken up directly with the examination supervisor prior to commencing the examination, and only where necessary, settled before the examination session. If desired or the matter was not resolved, the candidate should write directly to the supervisory organisation, or in the case of ASL, info@aslexam.com, with an information copy to CASA.
The facility works on a voluntary basis. Candidates may submit comments and recommendations anonymously if they wish. Candidates wishing to have their marked examination re-assessed should use the facility for Re-assessment of Examination.
FCL will consider submitted comments and suggestions along with ongoing CyberExams analysis and review, but will not enter into correspondence with authors of submissions, unless further clarification is necessary.
