Functions
Regulatory Development Management Branch is responsible for managing and coordinating CASA's standards setting function.
The Branch is also responsible for managing consultation with the industry on regulatory development proposals through the issue of Discussion Papers (DPs), Notices of Proposed Rule Making (NPRMs) and Regulation Impact Statements (RISs). The Branch also liaises with the Office of Best Practice Regulation in relation to new regulatory proposals.
