Functions

The Program Management section, within the PLET Group, drives the process of managing multiple, ongoing, inter-dependent projects. Program Management develops high level designs and supporting infrastructure in partnership with the front-line teams. This requires the oversight of up to 50 concurrent projects.  

Program Management reflects the emphasis on coordinating and prioritising resources across projects with internal stakeholders (e.g. Information Services Group and Finance Office) and external stakeholders (e.g. aviation entities and other government departments) to ensure that resources are managed for the benefit of aviation safety and efficiency.

Program Management is responsible for all contract management and service level agreement aspects of the outsourced CASA ASIC Renewal Team.

The rollout and secure registration of CASA's new Self Service Portal will be delivered to more than 100,000 clients, via the Portal Implementation Support Team. The Implementation Manager is also the Team Leader.
