Personnel Licensing, Education and Training Group delivers licensing, education and training in line with appropriate service standards.
- Safety Promotion – Safety communications and Marketing, Flight Safety Australia Magazine and Field Safety Advisors.
- Aviation Licensing – Flight crew licensing, Aircraft register, Maintenance Personnel Licensing and the CASA Licensing & Registration Centre (CLARC).
- Human Factors & Safety Analysis – Human performance, safety systems and safety analysis.
- Aviation Medicine – Medical standards,advice and supporting material to aviation licence holders.
- Program Management – program and change governance and mentoring, project finance & management, business infrastructure and planning to support the Group's operational and customer service responsibilities.
