Functions
The Branch advises senior management on human resource matters. Its aim is to develop and maintain an integrated approach to managing the Authority's human resource and staffing strategies to meet the goals of CASA.
The Branch facilitates CASA's corporate and organisational development strategies and the development of a National Training Program. It develops and implements the staff and industrial relations policy and this includes conditions of service, payroll, OH&S and E&D.
