Functions
The Business Development Coordination section is responsible for coordination and monitoring of business development across all CASA Groups/Offices, this includes assisting those business areas without dedicated business development resources. It is also responsible for managing the Projects Coordination Office, and assisting with the coordination of the change control process for CASA IT systems.
Projects Coordination Office
The Projects Coordination Office (PCO) is responsible for:
- coordination of the project approval process;
- reporting on project performance to the DCEOM;
- providing project management training, support and guidance to staff;
- maintenance of CASA's Project Management policy, manuals and templates;
- centralised monitoring of CASA's project management functions against strategic and business priorities, performance measures and targets; and
- maintaining a register of all approved and potential projects.
AIRS Business Development Coordination
This AIRS Business Development Coordination team is responsible for the coordination and monitoring of changes and procedures to the AIRS system from a business perspective. This includes participating in projects where AIRS system interactions and interdependencies exist, business area liaison, AIRS user training, Advanced User coordination and assistance and general AIRS help.
