The Certification Policy & Programs (CPP) section manages the development of policy and standards governing certification of aircraft and aeronautical products, and the associated guidance material
CPP provides project management of type certification, supplemental type certification and other certification projects.
CPP is responsible for the management of design approval delegates and authorised persons, and oversight of CASA approved design organisations.
The section also processes applications and issues various design and airworthiness approvals and certificates.
