Amendments to the Civil Aviation (Fees) Regulations 1995
Select Legislative Instrument 2007 No. 116 amended the Civil Aviation (Fees) Regulations 1995 to revise and extend the list of regulatory services for which fees may be charged by CASA, and to alter the level of fixed fees and hourly rates, in line with the Australian Government’s cost recovery policy.
