Kawasaki BK 117
The Helicopter is a 1990 Kawasaki BK117 B1 Twin engine turbine helicopter. It is fitted with a FLIR Thermal and video camera, 2 man winch and Nite-sun light. It is capable of performing police work, search and rescue and medical evacuations. Normal cruise is 120kts with a max of 150kts and a loiter of 60kts, Normal range of 426kms and with aux fuel tank 583 kms.
