Forms for gliders and motorgliders
All completed forms and additional documents (please refer to the form guidelines) must be submitted to the Gliding Federation of Australia Inc., Level 1, 34 Somerton Road, Somerton VIC 3062 or fax to 03 9303 7960 Please note that the GFA reserves the right to reject documents submitted by facsimile if the quality of the transmission does not ensure integrity of the information contained in the document.
Cancellation of an Aircraft Registration under CASR Part 47 (GFA)
Form 1326
This form should be used by the registration holder of an aircraft when applying for the cancellation of the registration under CASR 47.130.
Civil Aircraft Register - Transfer of Ownership (GFA)
Form 1327
This form should be used by both the seller (former owner) and the buyer (new owner) to transfer the ownership of a currently registered aircraft in accordance with CASR 47.110. If your aircraft is not currently VH registered and you are applying for an initial registration, please use Form 1329 (Registration Application–GFA).

Form 1329
This form should be used by the owner of an aircraft when applying for initial registration under CASR 47.060 – If the aircraft is currently “VH “registered under the name of another person or organisation and that registration is to be transferred, use Form 1327 (Transfer of Ownership–GFA).
Change of Aircraft Details/Personal Details (GFA)
Form 1330
This form should be used by the registration holder to notify the Gliding Federation of Australia under CASR 47.115 of a change in aircraft details or a change in personal details for the registration holder or the registered operator.
If you wish to notify the GFA about an appointment of a new registered operator or about a change of ownership (rather than just a change to a name or address) you should use Form 1332 (Appointment / Cancellation of Registered Operator Under CASR Part 47–GFA) or Form 1327 (Transfer of Ownership–GFA).
Appointment/cancellation of a Registered Operator (GFA)
Form 1332
This form should be used by the registration holder of a registered aircraft when nominating or cancelling the appointment of a registered operator under CASR 47.100. A nomination must also be signed and accepted by the nominated registered operator.
