Applications for Re-appointment

CASA has processed 230 applications for reappointment under the new Civil Aviation Safety Regulations.  There are approximately 370 applications yet to be processed.  The DAME liaison team is working hard to complete the task as soon as possible.

If you have not made your application for reappointment, please do so without delay.  Contact your liaison officer (Netty or Tara) if you have any questions about your reappointment.

If you have decided not to be reappointed, you are still obligated to notify your liaison officer of your resignation in writing and return your DAME/DAO stamp

Applicants need to have an ARN for MRS-Online

Aviation Reference Numbers (ARN) and the applicant’s date of birth will be required in order to download a medical examination from MRS-Online.

We recommend you put in place a procedure that ensures applicants are notified of this requirement prior to attending the examination.  Please refer your applicants to their flying school and the following website address for the application form and details on how to submit the form and, if appropriate, apply for a student pilot licence.
