Payment of fee for processing medical certificates
There is a fee of $75.00 to process and consider an application for a medical certificate. This fee applies to all classes of medical certificate whether it is an initial issue or renewal medical.
A medical certificate cannot be issued until the fee is received.
How to pay the fee
- Hand a completed medical certificate payment form to the DAME conducting the examination to have it included with the examination report that is sent to CASA .
- Complete the medical certificate payment form and forward directly to CLARC.
- Contact CLARC on 1300 737 032 to pay the fee over the phone using a credit card.
